| Shipping And Handling Products are supplied to customers throughout Ireland. The standard delivery charge within Ireland is € 10.00 + vat per order. However, heavy or bulky items may incur a slightly higher shipping charge. We will advise the purchaser of any higher costs in advance of order finalisation. Delivery is typically 1 to 2 working days from acceptance of order. If delays are expected we will attempt to advise the purchaser of the anticipated delivery date. Under Article 14(7)(c)(1) of the WEEE regulations Business Improvement Ltd will, if requested, at time of delivery arrange the return of an unwanted electronic computer product for recycling but only in those cases where the product is being replaced by the purchase of a new equivalent product from BIL on a like for like basis. |

| Returns Policy It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products ordered are appropriate for the use intended. Products which have been used or damaged by the customer are not returnable. In all and every case products will not be accepted for return without prior agreement. Under Irish law there is a "cooling off period" for on-line purchases whereby a customer may be entitled to a refund if the customer both advises us of this intent and returns the product in original condition, at their expense, within 7 working days of product receipt. |
